  • Immediate telephone support (8.30am – 5.00pm) with up to 10 onsite callouts per year

Silver SLA


  • Immediate telephone ICT support and three or six hour fixed weekly site visits.

Holiday SLA


  • We provide telephone support, remote support and emergency site visits during holiday periods

Gold Concession SLA


  • Emergency cover and site visit within eight hours
  • Available to Silver SLA clients only

Emergency Support


  • On-site emergency support charged at an hourly rate.
